My name is Sheree Carara and naturopathy was and still is my healing source since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis on July 3, 2013.
I am a naturopathic doctor, certified soul adjustment sound healer, kemetic yoga instructor, author, Noya Rao devoted student and a spiritual warrior who surrenders to my passion of passing on knowledge & healing passed down from my ancestors.
I recently launched my new book “Guru Girl," which shares my experience living with multiple sclerosis as a black woman, daughter, friend and divorcee. Each story captures the laughter, joy, pain, and rebirth.
